Explore questions such as:
* Do you really believe that what you believe is really real?
* Jesus said that He came to "testify to the truth." What did He mean by this?
* Are the truth claims of God really that different than those of the world?
* Are we living our lives on the side of truth as Jesus calls us to do?
* Do our life choices, actions and words reflect what we believe to be really real?

World markets have recently been roiled due to debt excesses in Greece and other European countries. The United States faces very similar problems though in a longer time frame. All agree that our current spending pattern is unsustainable but no action is taken. We will investigate the cause of our debt crisis, the consequences of an increasing federal debt and potential policy actions that congress might take. Mandated programs such as social security and Medicare are increasingly unfunded or underfunded but the political system views any curtailment of benefits as suicide. Unfunded mandates continue to grow even as the debt and interest payments reach new highs.
