Calvary Childcare Center is an early childhood ministry of Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley, Minnesota. As of the summer of 2005, the center will be located on the first floor of the new North Wing of Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, Minnesota. Calvary Childcare Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Center is in operation twelve months a year. A calendar of annual closing dates is distributed in late fall and/or upon enrollment.
The center is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Service to provide care for a maximum of 81 children daily, ranging in ages from infants (6 weeks) to 5 years (prekindergarten). Calvary Childcare is also accredited by the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association.
Children may be enrolled on a full time basis for four or five whole days weekly. Limited part time placement may be available for preschoolers and toddlers.
