Senior High Trip

For high school students who have completed grades 9 through 12

Health History & Medication Administration Form
Copy of the camper's Health Ins. Card (front and back)

Transportation will be arranged after registration.

Parent & Child Trip

For children ages 8 through 8th grade and a parent. The first day of this trip includes an adventure into the Soudan Mines.
