Camp Wapo

At Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp--better known as Camp Wapo--it's all about relationships: discovering, building, celebrating and living relationships.

The ministries of Wapo have one common purpose: to provide opportunities for people, especially young people in their formative years, to deepen their relationship with Christ, the church and each other. Invite your friends, all are welcome!

Summer 2012

Calvary's week at Camp Wapo is July 22-27, 2012 and is open to students who have completed grades 2-12. This year's theme is The Upside Down Story: Parables of Jesus! Calvary also has a family camp week-end, July 20-22.

Camp Options

2nd & 3rd Grade - Seeds (July 20-22) - $140 Location: Wapo Mainsite

4th & 5th Grade - Wapo Mainsite - $390

6th Grade - Ox Lake International Villages - $385 Location: Ox Lake

7th Grade - Wapo Mainsite - $390

8th Grade - Journey of the Cross (JOC) - $385 Location: Ox Lake

9th-12th Grade - (2 Options)

Luther Dell "Roots" - $350 - Location: Luther Dell, Remer, MN
TIM Team* (July 21-27) - $350- Location: Wapo Mainsite/Ox Lake

*A leadership application must be completed by March 14 for this option*

Family Camp (July 20-22) - Wapo Mainsite - fee varies based on family size. Registration for this option is now open and runs until May 20. Open to all ages!

Registration

Calvary will continue to accept registrations until the week is filled. As of April 10, 2012 there are 67 spots open for Calvary's week. Please send all required information to Lisa Buck at Calvary and she will process and forward it onto Camp Wapo on behalf of our campers.

To register:

* Complete the registration & health history form.

* Submit a deposit of $100 upon registration and your total balance due by July 1 (make checks payable to "Lake Wapogasset Bible Camp" not Calvary). Credit card payments are accepted using this link.

* Submit a photocopy of camper's health insurance card (front and back).

Need financial assistance toward your camp fees? Calvary offers scholarships. Please complete an application and submit with your registration by May 1, 2012 to be considered. You will receive a letter with your award amount by early June.
