Please review the following information carefully to ensure that your child is properly registered for Calvary Hourly Childcare and to determine the applicable rates.
Registration for 2012-2013 is open.
Registration fees
Registration fees are due by the first day your child visits Calvary Hourly Childcare:
* $25 non-refundable registration fee (one-time fee)
-OR-
* $40 non-refundable registration fee for those with permanent reservations (annual fee)
Tuition can be paid by cash, check or automatic withdrawal through Tuition Express.

Registration forms
In addition to submitting a registration fee, you must complete a set of forms by your child's first day at Calvary Hourly Childcare. Either pick up a packet at Calvary, or print out and complete the following:
* Registration form
* Emergency procedures & permission form
* Emergency card
* Immunizations form
By the second time your child visits us, we must have a completed
* Healthcare summary signed by your child's doctor.
Rates
Our rates for the 2011-2012 school year are:
* Toddler (16 months to 32 months): $8.15/hour
* Preschooler (33 months to Kindergarten): $7.45/hour
* Second child of same family: $6.45/hour
