GULF COAST/HURRICANE KATRINA RECOVERY TRIPS

March 21 - 29, 2008

Calvary is "in it for the long haul", helping to restore homes, families and communities. It's a powerful faith journey for team members as well! Work includes mucking out homes flooded in Hurricane Katrina, helping to rebuild homes, and other volunteer activities. All skills and abilities are welcome. ECUADOR DENTAL MISSION TRIPS

March 1 - 8, 2008

Many Calvary members have served in this beautiful country. Visit Centro Cristiano, a Bible Institute in Quito, where lay leaders are trained. Then help bring the mobile dental clinic to a remote jungle village, where people live in traditional ways and are gaining access to schools and Christianity for the first time. CAMP NOAH MISSION TRIP/USA

Summer, 2008

Bring a Camp Noah Vacation Bible School to children to help them recover from the experience of disaster, like Hurricane Katrina, or high stress like parents in wartime military service. After bringing Camp Noah's program to Gulf Coast children for 2 summers, Calvary is poised to send a team to wherever it is needed this summer. Specific dates and location will be announced. Missionaries Sally and Tacho Dominguez welcome you to the Mazahua Valley Ministries Center, MVM, in a rural, very poor part of Mexico. Catch their vision for bringing witness and education to the people there through MVM's Bible study and mission outreach, a dormitory ministry and employment opportunities. Lend your help with VBS, English classes and/or construction projects as you work alongside Mexican people. A wonderful trip for families!
