To make a pledge to Calvary, please complete the following form.

Believing that God is working through Calvary to fulfill His purposes, I/we will participate in this great work through a commitment to pray for Calvary daily and serve willingly. With God's enablement, I/we also commit to give regularly to support Calvary's ministry and the General Fund. This commitment is only for giving to the 2012 General Fund and does not include other designated gifts, including those to Calvary's Building Fund and Hunger/Human Needs Fund.
