Thanks for your interest in registering your child for Calvary Pre-Kindergarten next fall! We invite you to call our office to ask any questions or arrange a school visit, 763.545.5933.
Your next step in the registration process is to complete several Registration forms. We ask that the Registration form, the Permission Authorization form, and the Emergency form be filled out and sent in to our office as soon as possible with a non-refundable processing fee of $55.00. Your child is not registered nor is a space reserved for him or her until we have received these forms and fee. Some of our classes fill rapidly, so we urge you to register soon to reserve your child's place in our program.
The two medical forms (Immunization form, and Health Summary form) are to be filled out by your health care source and returned to us by August 1st. We recommend that you make an appointment now for an early summer examination of your child since all doctor's offices have many requests for school physicals and it is often difficult to get an appointment. No child will be permitted to attend class until we have received the medical forms.
The last form to complete and return before the first day of class is the Authorized Pick-up form.
Tuition for September will be due on or before August 1st.
We hope that together we will enjoy a positive learning and sharing experience as we learn of the love of God and work and play together.
