Strategic Assessment - Introduction

Planning begins with a clear understanding of where we are today. Although it is challenging to do planning when so many ministries inter-relate, questions were designed to surface the experience of members through multiple life phases in our church community.

Four areas were examined in 10 Questions:

Membership: We need to understand the people we are trying to reach.

Programs & Ministries: Our programs & ministries must be in alignment with what God wants us to do and reach the people he has placed in our path.

Leadership: Our leadership must have clarity about what God wants us to do and the energy to drive the passion that moves the vision forward.

Kingdom Building: Faithfulness is bearing as much fruit as possible given our gifts, opportunities, and potential.
