We value a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in order to experience and accept God's unconditional love and saving grace.

At the center of our ministries is our desire for you to "Come" to know Jesus. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus, and that begins with our realization that Jesus' life, death, and resurrection was for you and for me. Jesus loves you and wants to have a relationship with you.

The Alpha Course provides a practical introduction to the Christian faith and it offers the opportunity to explore the meaning of life.

~ Connect to Grow ~

We value membership at Calvary Lutheran Church in order to be nurtured, strengthened, and supported as a member of the body of Christ.

We value small groups where individuals come together in caring a Christian communities of 3–12 people who meet together on a regular basis with a common purpose of growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other.

We believe people grow best in their relationship with Jesus when they "Connect" with others to grow. That most often happens in the context of a small group. Alpha is a ten-week course for anyone interested in learning more about the Christian faith.

We value life-long learning in order that we may grow into the likeness of Christ.

The life-long learning ministry of Calvary provides Bible studies and other learning experiences for adults "as God gathers and nourishes us on the journey." (back to top)

~ Commit to Serve ~

We value the unique ministry of every Christian in order that each person may discover their unique calling and God-given gifts to serve the needs of others.

People need to "Commit" to serve using the gifts that God has given them. The Bible teaches us that God gives us gifts that we might use them in service of others. Calvary wants to help you do that.

Our Connextions ministry helps people discover, claim and use their God given gifts and passions to serve God.

We value local and community outreach in order to respond to Christ's love by serving the needs of people in our community and the world.

Our outreach ministry provides opportunities for personal service as well as financial support as we partner with local and worldwide ministries. (back to top)

~ Celebrate in Community ~

We value worship, song, and sacraments in order to thank and praise God and be fed by God's Word as we gather together as the body of Christ.

We "Celebrate" our faith through worship. We want worship to be a vital part of your life every week. We have traditional and contemporary worship services on Thursday evening and Sunday morning. Our worship and music ministry provides opportunities for participation through vocal and bell choirs for children, youth and adults; instrumental ensembles and orchestra; and, vocal and instrumental solos. ~ Carry the Message ~

We value home and family as the place where we are nurtured and equipped in a lifestyle of faith in order to carry the message of God's love in Jesus Christ into all aspects of our everyday lives.

We "Carry" the message to others. That begins in our family and with our friends and continues throughout the world as we together help to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus.

Calvary's Youth & Family Ministry is committed to leading families into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to equip families of all shapes and sizes with the tools necessary to nurture and develop Christian homes. This ministry provides learning, fellowship and service opportunities for infants through senior high youth and includes Grace Place church school classes on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, parenting forums, retreats and camping for youth and families, lock-ins, and mission service.

We value global mission and personal outreach in order to carry the message of God's saving grace in Jesus Christ to all people.

Our Outreach Ministry provides global awareness and education through forums, a Mission Festival, and short-term global mission service opportunities. (back to top)
